As the pace of technological innovation accelerates, the conversation is shifting beyond artificial intelligence to explore what’s next: hyper-connectivity, machine sensing, and paradigm-shifting infrastructure.

Joining us for the panel “Beyond AI: Exploring the Frontiers of the Next Technological Paradigm”, Fabrice Sancho, CEO of Ericsson Belgium & Luxembourg, will share how the company envisions a future where ultra-connected systems and intelligent machines redefine the way we live, work, and interact.

  1. What inspired you to join Nexus Luxembourg for its second edition?

Ericsson has been present present in Luxembourg for more than 50 years. With the revolution brought by advanced mobile connectivity combined with AI and cloud, this is the moment to get much closer to the critical Luxembourg technology players. Nexus Luxembourg is a unique opportunity to do so.

  1. What’s one tech prediction for the future that sounds crazy, but you believe in?

Mobile networks will be able to sense everything happening. This will open a whole flow of new capabilities not only for human beings but also for machines, changing how they interact and operate. In an ultra-connected world coupled with AI benefits, most of the daily life accidents should be prevented before they happen.

  1. What’s one thing tech still hasn’t fixed that it should have by now?

I would mention as a global citizen that tech industry should have fully embraced the circular economy by now and ensured that we no longer produce such large amounts of electronic waste every day.

  1. If AI could help with one everyday task, what should it be?

Give people daily tips on how to live a better day than the previous one.

From redefining connectivity to imagining a world where networks can sense and respond in real time, Ericsson continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible. We look forward to hearing more during the panel and discovering how their vision will help shape the next chapter of global innovation.
