Jean-Louis Schiltz is the Senior Partner at SCHILTZ & SCHILTZ, a leading law firm in Luxembourg, and holds an honorary Professor position at the University of Luxembourg. With a focus on innovation and technology law, he is a prominent figure in the field, regularly speaking at conferences and recognized as a FinTech pioneer in Luxembourg.

Prior to his career in private practice, Jean-Louis served as a Cabinet Minister in Luxembourg from 2004 to 2009, overseeing portfolios including media, telecommunications, technology, international development, and defense.

Jean-Louis Schiltz earned his postgraduate degree (DEA) in business law from the University of Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne, and has been teaching at his alma mater since the early 1990s. With over three decades of experience in law and public service, Jean-Louis continues to make significant contributions to the legal and academic communities in Luxembourg and beyond.
