Shailesh is responsible for driving Tech Mahindra Strategy for Autonomous Network Operations, Building AI/Gen-AI/Agentic-AI Solutions for improving CSP Operations Autonomy to Level4+, and working closely with CSP customers to chart roadmap to Autonomous Network Operations. Shailesh has deep expertise in Operations Support System (OSS) and Network Automation Solutions and has worked extensively with leading global CSP’s for transformational solutions over a period of two+ decades.
