With over 18 years at Tech Mahindra, Praveen has consistently led large-scale transformation programs that have significantly impacted topline growth, profitability, brand equity, and customer experience for global telecom operators.

Throughout his career, Praveen has successfully navigated roles in consulting, delivery, and sales—scaling managed services and spearheading strategy and transformation consulting initiatives. His global experience spans Asia, the US, and Europe, where he has partnered with major telecom providers to drive business consulting, process optimization, system transformation, Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and performance management.
