Pascal Lhoas
Lead Partnership Officer for Mobility and Automotive - Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST)
Pascal Lhoas Is acting as Lead Partnership Officer for Mobility and Automotive in the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) that he joined in 2004. He has been previously leading the Data Intensive System (DAISY) group within the IT for Innovation Services (ITIS) department.
Pascal holds a Master 2 degree in IT and Innovation from the University of Nancy2 in France. He has been working as international IT project management for a private company for more than 10 years. This experience was topped with a certification at the highest level (practitioner) in both Prince2 and HERMES methodologies.
He is involving LIST and private companies from Luxembourg and abroad in (e)Mobility related projects both within local projects and European initiatives. In Citcom.ai, a Digital Europe funding initiative he is involved in setting up Testing and Experimentation Facilities, and pilots,in the electro-mobility sector, helping companies to use the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to, for example, find the ideal location of charging stations or evaluate the potential of Vehicle Integrated Photovoltaic (ViPV).
