Pankaj is currently the BFSI Head for Europe, oversees BFSI council globally and is the Chairman/Board Member of 5 portfolio companies for Tech Mahindra. He has been involved in setting up an independent BFSI business in Europe and has already doubled the Tech Mahindra footprint since taking charge. In his Board position, he is focused on maximizing the value from the 5 portfolio companies with a collective investment of over $1bn.
