Nathalie Schroeder is a passionate communicator. After graduating from Jönköping University with a master's degree in sustainable communication, she started her work at IMS Luxembourg as project manager on New Tech Adaptation for Companies.

Through her academic background in communications and her passion for climate action, she was part of many student-led organizations. Nowadays, she advocates for digital skills, well-being at work, and inclusion in the light of the constant evolution of jobs due to new technologies.
