Nancy Thomas

Director - IMS Luxembourg

Since 2012 Nancy Thomas has been heading IMS Luxembourg – Inspiring More Sustainability, the Luxembourg's leading network on Corporate Social Responsibility. IMS Luxembourg supports companies through collaborative and federative projects by encouraging dialogue with stakeholders (private, public, associative).

In this framework, IMS brings expertise (publications), concrete solutions, awareness-raising and information (campaigns, Forum, trainings, clubs, workshops …). She was at the helm of several projects at the national level (the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg, Part&Act, The Third Industrial Revolution).

With a master’s degree in communication from ISCOM Paris, Nancy has been involved in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy development for the past 20 years. She worked with IMS-Entreprendre pour la Cité in France, where she focused on social entrepreneurship and integration into the workplace.

For 5 years, she was Head of Communication at Envie Federation – a French national network of non-profit organisations that help people who have experienced long-term unemployment to reuse and recycle waste electrical and electronic equipments. She also ran her own firm, conducting consulting activities in communication and CSR.

She is also a member of the board of CSR Europe, the European business network for Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility and Vice President of the advisory commission for Social Economy Entreprise at the Ministry of Labour.
