Matis Pellerin serves as Vice President for Global Government Affairs at Oracle Corporation, leading the company’s global engagement with governments on key digital and technology policy issues, including digital sovereignty, cloud computing, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data privacy. Based in Paris, he oversees a diverse international team spanning multiple regions, fostering Oracle’s role as a trusted partner in digital transformation.
• Matis brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology, public policy, and business strategy. He began his career in 2012 as a diplomatic advisor to the French Ambassador in Washington DC, focusing on Africa and Latin America regions. He later served as an advisor to the Prefect of the Alsace region, where he spearheaded key transportation initiatives, and as a Public Affairs Advisor to the CEO of Air France, contributing to the airline’s policy advocacy efforts during a period of significant transformation.
• From 2014 to 2019, Matis worked at leading public affairs consultancies, including adValorem Public Affairs and Euros/Agency Group. In these roles, he advised multinational corporations in the digital, transport, and financial sectors on navigating complex regulatory landscapes and advancing their strategic objectives.
• Since joining Oracle in 2019, Matis has held several key roles within the EMEA Government Affairs team, contributing to the company’s strategic engagement across the region. In April 2022, he was appointed Vice President for Global Government Affairs.
• A former student of the École Normale Supérieure, Matis is also a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and the University of Paris Dauphine.
