Konstantin Notman is a Category A Director and the Chief Executive Officer of OCSiAl Group, the global leader in the production graphene nanotubes. With a vision to make advanced nanotechnology accessible across industries, Konstantin plays a pivotal role in scaling the impact of graphene nanotubes in electric vehicles, electronics, construction, and beyond.
Konstantin joined OCSiAl more than a decade ago, initially leading the Product Development team, where he helped shape nanotube applications. He later served as President of OCSiAlEurope, spearheading the company’s expansion across the EMEA region and establishing a strong market for nanotube-based technologies.

Before joining OCSiAl, Konstantin accumulated 20 years of experience in the electrotechnical industry, holding senior leadership positions such as Chief Commercial Officer, First Vice President, CEO, and co-owner in large industrial holdings.

Konstantin holds a master’s degree in philosophy and brings a unique combination of strategic thinking and operational leadership to his role. Under his guidance, OCSiAl continues to redefine material performance standards and drive the industrial adoption of nanotechnology worldwide.
Married, father of two sons, passionate about travel—particularly observing marine animals in their natural habitat.
