Juan Reyes is a seasoned business director with over 15 years of experience in the tech and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as the Head of Business Planning Europe at Amazon, Juan specializes in strategic planning, financial planning, and business operations, with a focus on leveraging AI innovation and cloud-based solutions.

Throughout his career, Juan has held key leadership positions at global companies including Amazon, Unilever, and Procter & Gamble. His expertise spans supply chain operations, financial planning and procurement across diverse markets in Latin America, Europe, MENA, and Asia. At Amazon, he leads strategic and financial planning initiatives across EU countries, managing a multi-million-dollar budget and overseeing 200 full-time employees. He is spearheading the EU generative AI program for workforce staffing in Europe, enhancing digital transformation and process automation across regional operations.

A frequent speaker at industry conferences, Juan has presented at Supply Chain & Logistics Innovation Summits, Integrated Business Operations Conferences held in Amsterdam, London, Madrid, Barcelona and Mexico City.

Juan holds an MBA from the University of Barcelona, a Master in Financial Planning and Investments from Rice University, and a Bachelor's in Electronic Technology Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey. He is multilingual, speaking Spanish, English, German, and Luxembourgish.

In addition to his corporate experience, Juan is also an equity and real estate market investor in Mexico, Spain and Luxembourg. Having lived in Luxembourg for almost 6 years, he’s glad and thankful for recently acquiring his Luxembourgish citizenship now proudly holding a dual Mexican-Luxembourgish nationality.
