Inès Baer is Head of Data, Statistics and Labor Market Studies at the Public Employment Service (ADEM). She supervises a team that manages ADEM's Data Warehouse and exploits the data to produce statistical reports, interactive dashboards, labor market studies, and data science models. Prior to joining ADEM, she worked as a management consultant at KPMG.

Inès holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Economics from RWTH Aachen and a Master in Management from ESCP Business School. She is also pursuing a PhD at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam on the implications of artificial intelligence for organizations and human work.

Inès studied and worked in Luxembourg, Germany, France, Singapore, and the United States.
