Françoise Liners holds a PhD in Biology from the University of Namur, Belgium. Starting her professional life in the academic environment, she gained later on strong experience in public-private RDI projects, technology transfer, business analysis, investment and clustering processes in Belgium and, since 2010, in Luxembourg. In 2016, she joined the Ministry of the Economy inLuxembourg as Director Health Technologies where she contributes to the development of policies and strategic tools that foster a sustainable growth of the HealthTech sector bysupporting innovation and competitiveness of companies active in the fields of medical devices, in vitro diagnostics and digital health.
