David Benhamou is a legal advisor specializing in digital law and artificial intelligence. He is responsible for implementing the regulatory sandbox dedicated to artificial intelligence within the National Commission for Data Protection. A former Attorney-at-law at the Luxembourg Bar, he has also worked as an in-house legal advisor on various technology projects in the Telecom, Cloud, and Big Data sectors. He has also published work on issues related to intellectual property and training data for foundational models.
