Charlotte Wirion is co-founder and CTO of WEO, a company that transforms satellite data into actionable insights to support climate adaptation and environmental resilience. With a background in environmental sciences and engineering from ETH Zurich, and a PhD from VUB focused on urban water fluxes using Earth Observation (EO), she brings deep technical expertise to WEO’s mission. Charlotte’s professional journey spans EO research, urban sustainability, and agroecology, including work with FiBL, USGS, and Vert d’Iris. At WEO, she leads the integration of cutting-edge EO technologies into environmental management and decision-making.
