Begaim has over 10 years of experience in development finance working on fund investments, private equity and private credit. Currently she is an Investment Manager of Seed Capital and Business Development of Dutch Good Growth Fund at Triple Jump, covering efforts of ecosystem development and creation through supporting first-time fund managers and early-stage SME finance initiatives. She previously worked at microfinance rating agency as well as in managed lender relations at Kyrgyz MFI. Begaim is a Kyrgyz national and speaks English, Russian, and French.
