Bastien leads the Luxembourg-City Incubator (LCI), launched in 2018 by the Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the City of Luxembourg. Since taking on the role in 2021, he has been driving efforts to support innovative startups across a wide range of sectors, including environment, urban tech/smart city, retail, tourism, construction/housing, and logistics. With prior experience at the House of Startups, a strong background in hospitality management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education and several hotel chains, as well as an MBA from Sacred Heart University, Bastien brings leadership that plays a key role in fostering the growth of startups within the Luxembourg ecosystem.
