Baptiste Fosséprez's passion for technology lies not in its mechanics, but in its potential
to transform. Trained as an engineer, he launched his career at the European Space
Agency before moving to SES, a Luxembourg-based satellite telecommunications leader.
After a decade at SES, Fosséprez transitioned into the media industry, first with Ericsson
and later with Freecaster, where he played a key role in scaling the business until its
acquisition by BCE, a subsidiary of the RTL Group.

For the past three years, Fosséprez has served as CEO of PEPITe, a software and services
company headquartered in Liège, Belgium. His focus is on democratizing cutting-edge
technologies, including industrial data processing and artificial intelligence, to drive
broader impact. Under his leadership, PEPITe has made its mission to reduce the
environmental footprint of industry while championing sustainable technology solutions.
