Arnaud Fournier is an experienced Managing Director with a robust background in both the automotive and water management industries. Educated at Centrale Marseille and ICN Business School, he excels in P&L management, operational leadership, and driving innovation. During his automotive experience at Rheinmetall Automotive, Arnaud travelled extensively to the US, Japan, and China to train colleagues and customers on new technologies; he also standardized product design across multiple global sites and secured several patents for variable flow mechanical cooling pumps.

He also championed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, focusing on reducing CO2 emissions in manufacturing processes. Currently at BIOROCK ROTOMADE SA in Luxembourg, he leads strategic development in the water management sector, promoting innovative products for wastewater treatment and rainwater harvesting.
