Arnaud Fournier joined Rotomade in 2021 and currently serves as Director General of Rotomade, overseeing two production sites in France and Luxembourg, six joint ventures, and a team of 120 people. He drives operational and strategic performance, managing an €18M P&L and €1M annual CAPEX, while fostering leadership across his teams.
Previously, Arnaud spent several years at Pierburg Pump Technology, where he served on the management committee as R&D Director, led a 50-person team across 35 international projects, and managed an €8M budget.
Arnaud began his career at PSA and quickly advanced through project and product management roles. He graduated from Centrale Marseille and later ICN Business School (EMBA), where he developed a strong foundation in both engineering and strategic management.
Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, football, and traveling with his family.
