Ami Nagata is the Managing Director / Authorised Manager, Luxembourg for Zodia Custody. With over two decades of experience spanning global firms such as McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas, MUFG, and bitFlyer, she plays a key role in advancing the crypto-asset sector in Luxembourg. Since relocating to Luxembourg in 2012, Ami has been actively engaged in shaping the financial and digital asset landscape.

Holding an MBA from HEC School of Management in Paris, Ami combines deep industry expertise with strategic leadership to drive innovation and growth. Having joined Zodia Custody in February 2025, she is committed to executing the company’s strategic vision for digital assets, leveraging extensive experience to navigate the evolving regulatory and market dynamics.
