Bonnie‑Lyn de Bartok is the Founder and CEO of LION‑S, a global hedge fund transforming social risk into alpha through a proprietary fintech platform. With over 25 years of experience across 60+ countries, she pioneered one of the world’s first rule-based systems for quantifying social performance in public equities. She is also the creator of the MacCormick Social Performance Index, first launched in 2010.

Her work sits at the intersection of systemic risk, regulatory alignment, and financial performance — offering institutional investors a data-driven strategy to capitalize on mispriced social risk. Bonnie‑Lyn has advised sovereigns, pensions, and financial institutions globally, and is recognized as a leading voice in sustainable finance and fintech innovation.

She holds an Executive Certificate in Impact Finance Innovation (IFI) from the University of Oxford, and formal studies in International Development, Socioeconomics, Politics, Accounting, and Finance.
