Yves Stein has been CEO of Edmond de Rothschild (Europe) since May 2019, having been a Board member from 2018. He has international experience in a number of private banks.

He began his career at Banque Générale du Luxembourg, where he worked from 1987 to 2000,
first in Corporate Banking and Marketing, then as General Manager Fund Services. He continued
his career at Fortis from 2000 to 2009, where he became Group CEO of Fortis Private Banking
before becoming CEO of Wealth Management at BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA.
He joined Union Bancaire Privée in 2010 as CEO of UBP (Europe) SA in Luxembourg. In 2013, he
joined the KBL EPB group as Group CEO Private Banking, before being appointed Group CEO and member of the group's Board of Directors in 2014. Since 2018, Yves Stein has been an
independent adviser on strategy and transformation for financial institutions.

Yves was elected ABBL Chairman in April 2024.
