Stéphane Fisch is a co-founder and Principal at Argo, a leading investment fund based in New York, Paris and Luxembourg that focuses on new technologies and artificial intelligence.

Stéphane holds degrees from Sciences Po, ENA (promotion "Jean Zay"), and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated in Finance and Statistics.

Prior to founding Argo, Stéphane worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Evercore in New York, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He also served as a State Administrator (Administrateur de l'Etat) for the French Republic from 2013 to 2015, gaining valuable experience in public policy and governance.

Under Stéphane's leadership, Argo has made notable investments in leading AI companies such as Poolside and FluidStack, where he serves on the board of directors.
