Patrick Houtsch is the Director of the Government IT Center (CTIE), the main IT service provider for Luxembourg's ministries and administrations. Patrick is also a member of various committees and working groups in the field of information and communication technology and cybersecurity.

He has over twenty years of experience in the ICT field. He was director of the Luxembourg government's Computer Emergency Response Team (GOVCERT.LU). Before joining the public sector, he worked as an IT expert in the financial sector.
