Joon Kim is the founder and CEO of CyberExM S.à r.l. (Naru Security Inc). He also serves as an adjunct professor at Sungkyunkwan University, teaching Cyber Incident Investigation. Joon graduated with a degree in computer engineering from the University of Alberta in Canada. He began his career at the Korea Internet and Security Agency as a Security Incident Responder within the national Computer Emergency Response Team (KrCERT/CC).

Currently, Joon is a member of the National Joint Incident Response Team and the National Cyber Crisis Control Center. He has acted as a cybersecurity advisor for the Korea Cyber Command and the National Police Agency.

Throughout his career, Joon has received several accolades, including the 2018 Cyber Safety Award from the National Police Agency, the Minister's Commendation in 2019, and the Army Chief of Staff Award in both 2019 and 2022. These awards recognize his dedication to the cybersecurity industry and his contributions to government initiatives.
