Janis Münch is a tech founder and innovator with more than two decades of experience turning breakthrough ideas into practical, human-centred products. A programmer by training, he moved from writing code to senior roles in strategic finance, venture building and launching startups across two continents.

Today Janis is the Founder & CEO of Sphaira, the company pioneering Intramobility—rethinking how people move indoors and on-site. Beginning in hospitals, Sphaira’s AI-driven platforms and robotics infrastructure—including the MOBY P1 Mobile Protective Pod and autonomous one-person shuttles—are already transforming patient flow from Berlin’s Charité and the Universitätsklinikum Schleswig-Holstein to Stanford Children’s Health and the Mayo Clinic. The same technology will soon reshape movement in airports, transit hubs and beyond.
