Dr. Dimitra Anastasiou serves as a Lead Research and Technology Associate at LIST, where she hasbeen working the last 10 years. She is a member of the Human Modelling (HUMOD) research group. In her academic career over the past 20 years, she has gained expertise in Computational Linguistics, in particular, language technology applications as well as Human Computer Interaction and User-Centred Design.

Since 1st March 2025, she is coordinating the Erasmus+ project Chat4EFL, which isabout chatbot-based AI technologies to create personalized learning experiences that address diverse student needs.
