Brieuc is a partner in the Alternative department specialized in Private Equity, Real Estate and consolidation of Private Equity owned group. He has been involved in multi-location audits of several large groups, with a particular focus on technical financial reporting matters.

He has coordinated the audit process for large entities (including listed entities) having operations in various territories. He also assisted several clients in their IPO journey. Brieuc has acquired advanced applied skills in IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP.

He is specialized in audits carried out under ISA auditing standards. During his secondments in San Francisco, he also developed good knowledge of US GAAS and US GAAP. Brieuc is also familiar with international tax structuring and valuation. Brieuc is the transformation leader and member of the management team of the assurance practice.
