Atreyam (Leo) Sharma is the Co-Founder and Vice President (Technology) of Workshop4Me, a non-profit organization he helped establish in 2013 to introduce children to the world of coding and technology through creative, hands-on experiences. Since then, he has inspired hundreds of young learners with his fun, engaging approach to tech education.

A two-time iGen TEDx speaker, Atreyam is currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology, where he combines academic learning with immersive gaming to rethink how decisions are made in future manufacturing environments. He believes tomorrow’s factories will need leaders trained in rapid, intuitive decision-making, beyond traditional SOPs, and is seeking collaboration with tech companies to develop AI-powered maintenance systems and digital twins.

Atreyam is also exploring the use of VR/AR as a tool to make complex scientific concepts more accessible and engaging for young minds. His guiding belief: "Learning to code is like learning to think."
