André began his career in 1992 as a Junior Consultant at Steria (a European IT services company founded in France). He then joined Postes & Télécom Luxembourg in 1993, progressing from System Engineer to Head of Datacenter & IT Operations. In 2000, he transitioned to the Ville de Luxembourg, where he served as System Engineer and later led the IT Systems Department. Since 2024, he has taken on the role of Chargé Smart City, driving digital innovation and sustainable urban development.
