After gaining experience in product development at the BMW headquarters in Munich, Alex Schumann held various positions with growing responsibilities within Goodyear’s European Operations and currently serves as the Manufacturing Director of the Goodyear Plants in Colmar-Berg Luxembourg.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in industrial operations, strategic management, and process improvement, ensuring that Goodyear’s Luxembourg operations remain at the forefront of technological advancements in tire production.

Beyond his role at Goodyear, he is actively engaged in strengthening Luxembourg’s industrial landscape through his involvement in FEDIL and the Chamber of Commerce. His participation in these organizations reflects his commitment to supporting the growth and competitiveness of the local industry, working alongside other business leaders to advance key economic and industrial initiatives.
